Stress topic

In the lesson on Thursday we started the new topic of stress. As we are still in exam period we had a few class memebers missing. We focused on the meaning of stress, the causes of stress, ways of managing stress and how we could measure stress.

The task was to create a plan to carry out over the next three weeks for homework. They task must include a plan, the results and conclusion of this research task.

A lighter task was to create our own 'stress ball', my one names Penelope was obviously to best.

I didn't take a picture, could anyone with the picture of them please upload it to your site or email it to me.
